Falafel is a plant based, vegan,  high protein, high fiber, gluten free, nut free dish of Middle Eastern origin that’s especially popular among vegetarians and vegans. Traditionally made with either chickpeas such as Falafel love’s falafel or fave beans. 

 

Falafel is a great source of vitamins such as vitamin A, vitamin B, Vitamin C, Folate and Folic Acid, Minerals such as: Calcium, Copper, Iron, Magnesium, Potassium and zinc as well as essentials Amino acids such as: histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, and valine.

 

 

Our process:

 

 

Our falafel is thoughtfully made with hand selected chickpeas, fresh herbs and authentic spices. Our falafel is freshly frozen to retain and preserve the high vitamins, minerals and amino acids content naturally present in falafel.

We believe in using only plant based, clean and simple ingredients and never add preservatives or artificial flavors because what's inside matters. 

 

To ensure the highest quality and care our falafel is lovingly  made in small batches.
