Deep Fry: The original way!! Can you feel our excitement?! Let's do this!
Pre Heat the pot of oil over medium-high heat to 350F degrees. (175 degrees C). Once the oil reaches 350 degrees F, reduce the heat to low and cook between 4-6 minutes. flip balls half way.

Baked: Many roads lead to Middle East!! Get your tahini* ready !!
Pre heat oven to 350F. Grease a baking tray with Canola/Avocado/Vegetable oil (Oil spray is a great option and dont forget to also spray on top of your falafel . Place falafel balls on the baking tray and bake burger for 20-25 Minutes. Flip it half way through.

Air Fry: You've got to try it! Pre heat air fryer to  375 F.  Drizzle oil on bottom of tray , place our delicious falafel balls on the tray and  drizzle some oil on top (Oil spray is also great). Air-fry 3 minutes on each side. Enjoy!

On the skillet: Get the crispiness we love so much without the added oil.
On medium low heat drizzle some oil on skillet and place the falafel balls. Cook 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown, Yum!

In a waffle maker!!- Yes you heard right, trust us on that one!
Oil spray both sides of waffle maker and place your falafel balls, wait till golden brown (About 6 minutes)... Once they are ready, you'll probably want to snap a picture so feel free too share with us and tag #falafelloveofficial on IG ...

How do I know if the oil is hot enough?

If you dont have a thermometer we got you.
Oil must be hot enough (350F) prior to deep frying to insure that the falafel balls will stay in tack. Once the optimal temperature has been reached, you should lower to heat and cook your falafel on low.
How do you know when the oil has reached the ideal temperature??   Take a wooden spoon or a skewer and place its thin handle in the heating oil. If small bobbles are forming around it, oil is ready to use.  If big bobbles are forming around it, the oil is too hot, reduce heat before cooking.
